Pricing, Payment, Shipping, Returns
- • All Excellent Stores Limited prices are inclusive of 12.5% VAT.
- • Excellent Stores Limited has a “one price policy’ across all its locations, including online, within Trinidad & Tobago.
- • From time to time, there may be store or online exclusive discounts specific to that store or branch in line with the current promotion.
- • Excellent Stores Limited accepts payments via cash, Debit/Linx, Vouchers (Excellent Stores Limited Vouchers, Magna Vouchers, Republic Bank Vouchers), VISA or MasterCard for purchases made in stores.
- • Online purchases are made via VISA or MasterCard credit payments.
Shipping Options (for online purchases)
Click and Collect - FREE
FREE in-store pickup is available when you select Click & Collect at checkout. Your order will be delivered to your selected Excellent Stores Limited branch, where you will receive notification that your item(s) is(are) ready for pick up. You will need to present your ID and Confirmation of Order email.
TT Post Delivery – FLAT RATE of $30TTD
You can choose to have your order delivered to your door anywhere throughout Trinidad and Tobago (yes, that is right, including Tobago). We use TT Post Delivery for this service, and for just $30 TTD, we will ship your order, regardless of weight or number of packages to your specified location anywhere in Trinidad and Tobago. Goods must be signed for upon delivery.
All of this happens between 2-4 business days from the time your order is placed.
- • All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt or order invoice.
- • Item(s) may be returned to any branch and must be within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the purchase or collection/receipt date for online purchases.
- • Relevant item(s) must be returned within the Company’s warranty period (see below).
- • Item(s) must have a manufacturer’s defect (faulty workmanship not due to normal use and wear and tear):
- - If the item cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for a new one.
- - If the item is not available, Excellent Stores Limited store credit will be issued.
- • For exchanges on non-defective items to be considered, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging and/or have tags intact, and be unused.
- • There are NO exchanges or refunds on the following items:
- - Personal undergarments (swimwear and underwear only).
- - Local food items
- - Magazines, books and gift/occasional cards.
- • We will also refund any associated shipping charge for defective products, or if you received the wrong item.
- • Please know that we will not refund shipping charges if the return is due to “Buyer’s Remorse”, or in other words, if you change your mind about your purchase.
- • If an order has already been shipped, shipping will not be refunded.
- 90 days for household electrical appliances.
- 2 years for Samsonite products.
- • The warranty will only be honored on items that were purchased from Excellent Stores Limited. The item must be accompanied by a valid receipt or Invoice.
Discounts offered cannot be combined with any other promotion, sales. All discounts and promotions exclude Food and Beverages.
